£250 / €250 money off machinery or equipment prize draw

May 2020

1. Entry to the prize draw is free.
2. To enter you must complete all stages of ‘get a quote’ on the Farm Compare
website for the machinery or equipment which you would like to redeem the £250
or €250 money off incentive against should your name be drawn as the winner.
3. Entries are open to residents in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland only.
4. Multiple entries are permitted.
5. The £250 / €250 money off incentive is not a voucher and there is no cash
alternative.
6. Farm Compare will make a payment of £250 / €250 to the manufacturer,
dealer or supplier of the product you wish to purchase. Should you choose not to
purchase a product, there is no alternative prize available.
7. The prize draw is open between Thursday 14th and Thursday 21st May 2020
inclusive. Those who submit an entry via the method outlined in point 1 will be
entered into the prize draw.
8. This prize draw is organised by Farm Compare Ltd. independent of the dealers,
manufacturers and suppliers on our website.
9. Farm Compare Ltd. Is not responsible for stock control with any dealers,
manufacturers or suppliers listed on our website. In the event that the product you
wish to redeem your £250 or €250 against is out of stock or becomes
unavailable for whatever reason, you may select another product to redeem the
incentive against however as stipulated in point 5 there is no cash alternative
available and as per point 6 if you choose not to purchase, there is no alternative
prize available.
10. To be eligible to participate in the competition, all entrants must agree to all
terms and conditions and be 18 years of age or over.
11. The prize draw for the competition will take place on Friday 22nd May.
12. One winner will be selected at random from all entries and will be notified by
telephone or email within 24 hours of the prize draw taking place.

13. Failure to respond within 2 weeks of first correspondence
will result in the prize being re-drawn.

14. The prize of £250 or €250 is valid for a period of 2 months after competition closing date. The winner must redeem their prize by making a purchase on or before Wednesday 22nd July 2020. Any extension or reduction to this date is at the sole discretion of the competition organiser, Farm Compare Ltd.
15. By entering the prize draw, the winner agrees to allow the free use of their names,
photographs and general locations for publicity and news purposes during this and
promotions by Farm Compare Ltd. No fees of any kind will be paid to the winners
for any publicity.
16. Farm Compare Ltd reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants to the
competition. The winner may be required to submit valid identification before
receiving a prize.
17. Farm Compare Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any entries which it deems, in its
sole discretion, to contravene the spirit of the competition.
18. Farm Compare Ltd is not responsible for problems with entries caused by any
factors outside its control.
19. Farm Compare Ltd excludes liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law, for
any loss or damage caused to the winner arising out of the prize.
20. The prize may be subject to additional terms and conditions and the winner is
responsible for ensuring that any such terms and conditions are complied with (and
shall bear the cost of such compliance).
21. By entering the prize draw, the entrant agrees to warrant all information
submitted by it as true, current and complete.
22. Farm Compare Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition or these
Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will be
posted on Farm Compare’s website www.farmcompare.com
23. Farm Compare Ltd assumes that by entering the competition or using the Farm
Compare website, the entrant warrants that it has legal capacity to enter the
competition and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
24. If there is any dispute regarding these Terms & Conditions, conduct, results and all
other matters relating to the competition, the decision of Farm Compare Ltd shall
be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into with any
entrant.
